Evening Event
The Conference Banquet will take place on October 12, 2010 at the ‘Altes Schloss’ (‘Old Castle’) in Stuttgart. In front of the historic ambience exclusive exhibitions of the Württemberg State Museum are opened for the conference attendees. The visitors have the possibility to dip into the thou-sands of years old history of humankind. Adjacent during the banquet and the social get-together new contacts can be established or old contacts renewed and the exchange of experi-ences on innovations in sealing technology can be continued.
PLEASE NOTE: The ‘Old Castle‛ is a non-smoking area.

Visit the IMA laboratory
The experimental and test facilities of the Institute of Machine Components (IMA) will be open to visitors each day. Members of the institute staff will demonstrate the test benches. A timetable as well as information regarding the English-language guided visits are available at the meeting point near to the conference office.
