EXHIBITION / POSTER SESSION

The 16th ISC – International Sealing Conference – on October 12-13, 2010 will include a commercial exhibition and poster session in the lobby of the Conference building, University Stuttgart, Stuttgart-Vaihingen, ETI-Building, Pfaffenwaldring 47.
We offer to you the possibility to introduce your company and your products to an international specialized audience.
Interested parties, which want to attend the exhibition are requested to send the registration form until August 16, 2010 to the Fluid Power Association of VDMA (see Contact address).
There will be provided system fair booth with stand sizes from 8 m² to 30 m² and billboards of company M&S messebau und service gmbh.

The stand rent includes the charge for renting the specified exhibition area with a system fair booth in the basic version or a billboard. The stand rent includes all for assembling necessary system parts, errection and dismantling, transport, costs of staff until the delivery in the lobby of the Conference Centre also.
For a size of the system stand as many as 12 m² the conference attendance fee including the conference proceedings and attendance at the Conference Banquet for one person is included in the stand rent. For a size more than 12 m² two persons may attend the conference without additional payment. For more persons, without participation at the conference, 95 € / person have to be paid. For these persons the attendance at the banquet is not included in this fee, it may be ordered separately.
Basic version of system fair booth:
- Back wall, 2 side walls, lighting support, lighting ready for connection, seats and table, sideboard, coat rack
- Panel (with company name)
- Supply point (up to 8 Ampere, 220 V ac)
- High 2,50 m, width between axes 990 mm, optimum graphic width 800 mm
Billboard:
High 2,50 m, width between axes 990 mm, optimum graphic width 800 mm including lighting by means of cantilever type spot.
The fixing of pictures and posters on the walls of the stands and on the billboards shall be made by means of Velcro fastening or adhesive tape or by means of hang on the upper side of the wall. For fixing of heavy objects, the company M&S have to be contacted.
